Welcome to Little Bit Extra (littlebitextra.com), a small, family-run online shop. Little Bit Extra is a trade name of Moore Creative Group LLC. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Little Bit Extra, and “you” means anyone who visits our site or places an order.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email.
We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund anything you paid.
Right now we ship within the United States only.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to past orders.
We may change prices at any time, but a change won’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed.

Made to order, production and shipping

Every piece is printed just for you by our print partner, Printify, and the print provider it assigns to your order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping Details for more.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct: if a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a free replacement may not be possible.

Changing or canceling an order

Because each piece is made to order, an order can only be changed or canceled before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

Personalized products

Personalized pieces are printed exactly as you enter them. Please check names, dates, spelling and photos carefully before you order. We don’t send a separate proof.
Mistakes in the personalization you typed, and low-quality prints caused by a low-resolution or unsuitable photo you uploaded, aren’t covered by a free replacement.
By uploading text or photos, you confirm you have the right to use them. Please don’t upload anything you don’t own or have permission to use.
We may refuse to print content that is offensive, hateful, unlawful, or that uses someone else’s trademark or copyright without permission. If we refuse, we’ll refund your order.

Colors, sizes and print details

We show colors as accurately as we can, but every screen is different, so the finished piece may look slightly different from what you see on your device.
Sizes can vary between products and manufacturers. Please check each product’s size chart. Small differences of less than 1 inch from the size chart are normal.
Small variations are a normal part of printing and embroidery, such as slight differences in stitching or a light scent from the printing process on new apparel that goes away after washing.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a different size or color.
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after it ships, contact us within 1 week after that, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.

Personalized Shop

Orders placed in our Personalized Shop (our Printify Pop-Up Store) are completed on Printify’s site and are also covered by Printify’s own terms and policies. For a damaged or defective item from the Personalized Shop, email the support address in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may close accounts that are used to misuse the site.

Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Little Bit Extra or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you the product itself, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce our designs. Please don’t use our designs or content without our written permission.

Using our site

Please use our site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt the site, access accounts that aren’t yours, or copy large parts of the site with automated tools.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep our site accurate and running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is,” and we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
