Tell us within 30 days of delivery. For a lost package, contact us within 1 week after the 30 days.

Not covered

Because each piece is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size or color, so please check each size chart
Mistakes in personalization you typed, such as names, dates or spelling
Low-quality prints from a low-resolution photo you uploaded
Small size differences of less than 1 inch from the size chart
Normal print and embroidery variations, and slight color differences between screens
Packages returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address

Share the details

Include your order number, the item affected, a short description, and clear photos of the item, its label and the problem.

We make it right

We’ll review your request and send a free replacement or a refund. There’s no need to send anything back unless we ask.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because each piece is made to order, changes are only possible before your order goes into production.

Ordered from our Personalized Shop? Those orders are made by Printify, so please email the support address in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos.
