Production plus standard shipping, from the day you order to the day it arrives. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holidays and busy seasons can add a few days.

Right now we ship within the United States only.

Tracking your order

You’ll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships. You can also check it anytime in My Account under Orders.

Need to change your address?

Contact us right away with your order number. We can only update it before your order goes into production. A package returned because of an incorrect address may not be replaced for free.

Delivery locations

Some packages may be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker instead of your door. This is normal, and your tracking will show where to pick it up.

Package late or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after it ships, contact us within 1 week after that, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund. If tracking says delivered, check with neighbors or your mailroom first.
